Overview:
The Maestro WorkLife Coaching system provides practical tools and support to empower you to practice an effective life at work. You will receive these tools each Tuesday and Thursday via email. Subsequent weekly coaching sessions will also include a brief biblical teaching related to your work, a corresponding work prayer, and with practical application questions that inspire you to grow.
 
The Goal: WorkLife Rhythm
WorkLife Rhythm happens when you have your attitudes, actions and the important issues of your WorkLife in alignment with God and His plans - in other words, good WorkLife Rhythm happens when your work is consistently bringing glory to God.
 
The Maestro WorkLife Coaching Process:
Maestro WorkLife Coaching encourages a continuous process that helps you identify and navigate challenging work issues which negatively affect your life at work. Tools and resources help you continually Assess, Grow and Navigate your top issues at work.
 
Assess - the Top 30 Work Issues and identify any "rhythm breakers" that may be keeping you from your optimal Work Rhythm.
Grow - in your ability to approach and respond to these work issues in a practical, biblical manner.
Navigate - your work situations, using proven tools and resources to strengthen and grow your rhythm.
 
 
 
Your First Step: The "Work Issues Assessment"
Your first step will be to take the Maestro Work Issues Assessment. This will pinpoint the work issues that are most likely disrupting your rhythm with God at work. You will receive a personalized report which highlights the top three work issues from your assessment along with links for supportive content.
